Smartipants will gladly refund your money for a returned product if you are within 30 days of purchase and can provide us with original proof of purchase, no exceptions. All products that are returned must be in their original, undamaged package and in a re-saleable as new condition. Each returned item will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities. If we deem the item to be unsellable we will return the item to you at your expense. Any item that has been washed, used in any way, or sold on clearance is not returnable. All packages must be returned complete, including any free items. Exchanges may be made as long as no refund is necessary. Unless Smartipants has made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for any shipping charges related to returns or exchanges and Smartipants will not refund your original shipping costs. We are currently unable to except gift returns.
If you are returning a defective product, your item must be clean, stain-free, smell-free, and dry before you ship it. We will not handle any items that are stained, smelly or damp on arrival, no exceptions. If the diapers are stained or smell then they will be returned to you at your expense. To be sure that your diapers are in acceptable condition, please inspect them carefully before shipping them to us.
Please note that Smartipants is not responsible for damage to the item due to the normal "wear and tear" of the product materials or normal fading. We are also not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, or misuse. Diapers, like any other clothing item, may not withstand washing every single day for extended periods of time. Please keep this in mind as you decide how many diapers to purchase.
